1.5 oz FatHouse Flavored Whiskey
.5 oz Lairds Bonded Apple Brandy
.5 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Brown Sugar Syrup / Demerara Syrup
1 Dashes Ginger Bitters
1 Egg White
Garnish: Grated Nutmeg & Angostura
Glassware: Stemmed Sour
Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker tin. Dry shake. Add ice. Shake again.
(optional, throw) Double strain into a stemmed sour glass. Garnish and serve!
